1. Reservation and confirmation:
1.1 Valid identification and contact details must be provided when booking accommodation.
1.2 The reservation is considered confirmed and valid upon receipt of a written confirmation from the hotel.
1.3 The hotel reserves the right to refuse a booking for any reason.
2. Payments:
2.1 Payment for the accommodation is made upon the guest’s arrival at the hotel.
2.2 The hotel accepts cash and credit cards (visa, mastercard, american express, etc.).
2.3 In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee for the entire booked stay.
3. Cancellation Policy:
3.1 If the guest requests cancellation of the reservation, the following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled arrival: no charge.
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival: one night’s worth of accommodation will be charged.
Failure to see guest without prior cancellation: charge for the entire booked stay.
3.2 Cancellation request must be received by the hotel in writing or electronically.
4. Duration of stay:
4.1 Check-in is possible from 14:00 and check-out must be done by 10:00.
4.2 Guests are obliged to observe the set check-in times. Any late departures may be charged additionally.
5. Responsibility:
5.1 The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, damage to guest’s property, except when these incidents are caused by negligence on the part of the hotel.
5.2 The guest is responsible for any damage to hotel property and will be charged for the repair or replacement of damaged items.
6. Services and Policies:
6.1 The Hotel provides accommodation and other services in accordance with the public policy and rules of the Hotel.
6.2 Guests are obliged to abide by the rules of the hotel and respect the peace and quiet of other guests and observe the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am.
6.3 The hotel provides accommodation and breakfast in accordance with public order and hotel rules.
6.4 Guests are obliged to observe the set breakfast times, other times as agreed with the hotel staff and any instructions regarding the use of the hotel facilities.
These terms and conditions are valid and effective for all guests booking and staying at our Bed and Breakfast Hotel. By accepting a booking you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
